With the vigorous development of the electric power industry and the sharpgrowth of the electric power load in our country, the nonlinear load is increasing indistribution system, power quality is caused serious pollution in the power supplysystem; On the other hand, the modern high automation and intelligent industrialelectrical equipment also put forward higher request to the power supply system. Howto suppress the harmonic, improve the quality of power has become a hot spot ofresearch in recent years. Therefore, the harmonic management has become urgentproblem to the electrical engineering field. Active power filter (APF) is a new powerelectronic devices which is used to suppress harmonic and dynamic compensationreactive power, with fast response, good compensation effect and has the advantage ofbeing able to achieve the dynamic compensation, therefore it has a very broaddevelopment prospects.This paper analysis the circuit topology structure, working principle andcharacteristics of IHAPF at first, focus the research on three key technology:Harmonic current detection, the current tracking control and DC voltage control. Inthe aspect of harmonic current detection,this paper makes a detailed analysis on thep-q harmonic current method andi_p i_qharmonic current method based oninstantaneous reactive power theory, through the comparative research, choose thei_p i_qharmonic current method at last; In the aspect of current tracking control, thispaper adopts a recursive integral Pl control algorithm, it has a good control effect.According to the problem of PI parameter is difficult to adjust, this paper designs afuzzy PI controller, according to the characteristics of the system, designs the fuzzyinference rules, realize the PI parameter online adjust, the simulation research provethe control strategy can improve APF system steady and dynamic trackingperformance; In the aspect of the DC voltage control, this paper adopts thethree-phase voltage source PWM rectifier to maintain the stability of the DC sidevoltage of IHAPF, detailed analysis the double closed loop control strategy based onthe feed-forward decoupling control, on this basis, adopt a simplified SVPWMmodulation mode, and the simulation research prove the control strategy is correct.Finally, through the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation tool set up the IHAPFsystem simulation platform, and make simulation for all the parts of the system, thesimulation results verify the theoretical analysis and the design is effective andfeasible.
