Design And Implementation Of Medical Information Interaction System

Hospital Information System has been generally acknowledged as an important branch of Medical Informatics in the medical Field. In the HIS it is very important of the developing of the MIS (Medical Information System). We synthetically introduce the MIS system’s design and the pivotal technology of realizing the system. As HIS (Hospital Information System) increasingly become larger and more complicated, the conventional software development approaches are difficult to improve the software development efficiency to meet the further user’s requirement. This paper introduces the medical information interaction system that contains a variety of functions and simple operations.The system choose a new generation of Internet application development tools of based on open agreement--.NET. The system adopts the Framework for.net Framework, It includes the common language runtime and class library. The application of the framework must be reduced the amount of code,and Improve the reliability of the application. The system uses dynamic web programming technology for asp.net. In addition to changes in the programming mechanism outside, it also supports the development of a variety of languages. It increases the flexibility of the system development. The system sues the connection way of DataSet of ADO.NET.According to medical needs of the users, the system on the function is divided into five parts:the inpatient department information system, the Clinic information system, the Service system,the Patients pay cost system,the Inquires report system.The inpatient department information system including the admission application system and the hospital management system, the Information system including the registration system, the department inquiry system and the electronic medical records system, the basic services system including the drug information query system and the medical equipment system, and makes a detailed analysis and design in the system’s database.This chapter presents the system operation environment of hardware and software. Through the practical demonstration of the whole system were analyzed in detail, Especially the outpatient service registered systems and the electronic medical records system. And the technology of each system is introduced in detail.
