With the development of information, communication and network technology, theconstruction of resource sharing platform is becoming more and more necessary andimportant. The resource of information has its own characteristics, such as large amountof data, data isomerization and so on. Most of the existing platforms have variousproblems focusing on the narrow scope of services, poor compatibility, and duplicateconstruction. Therefore, building a open platform which is distributed, advanced,efficient and flexible has become one of the challenges of current internet development.This paper analyzes the requirements of the platform, designs the overall modeland functional hierarchy of it, then designs and implements the function of every layeraccording to the design goal, finally achieves a resource open platform based on cloudcomputing, and makes a formal description for the platform using WRIGHT. Theplatform is builded on top of cloud computing infrastructure, cloud computing providesa secure and reliable data storage, convenient internet services and powerful computingcapability; and the service interface is designed using the RESTful Web Service, a newmulti-layered component architecture is induced to enhance the expandability of thesystem. At the same time, key questions of virtualization, server cluster, service dispatchand signature verification are analyzed and researched. Finally, this paper develops andtests the open platform of Xi’an Business Credit as one application case.
