This article studies Shenzhen radio frequency FM94.2, based on personal working experiences, accessed to domestic and foreign broadcast media, utilized various economic and strategic management theory, then used a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to explore the Shenzhen Radio frequency of strategic planning issues of life.The paper introduces and analyzes the macroeconomic environment, media industry, environment of the life of the radio frequency FM94.2Shenzhen since June2007the launch date, as well as the given special mission from the headquarters group. In the background of car radio developing increasingly and Shenzhen Media Group had set up a large set of strategic context Traffic Radio, FM94.2will have a an alluring prospect. Especially after it renamed:car radio, the service target becomes more clearly and broadcasting content even better.The paper describes FM94.2undergoing detailed market research and analysis, puts forward the future development strategy and implementation plan, and strives to complete the group’s use, explores new markets and establishes itself in a special status on the media market. The focus is unity and continuity of the brand, and striving to develop their own programs, the host, brand image, building good team and marketing team program, and establishing their own brands. Colleagues analyzed FM94.2face from the external opportunities and threats, as well as the internal strengths and weaknesses and put forward a new integrated media FM94.2overall development strategy.
