The phase optical measurement profilometry (PMP) is a grating projection and phase measurement based on optical3d face form measurement technology, which can effectively achieve the object surface3d contour of automatic measurement. Since it has no contact, high precision, high resolution and easily to be automatic control the features in machine vision, industrial test, biological medicine, product quality control, reverse engineering and other fields have a broad application prospect.PMP technology uses structure lighting, speak sine grating projection image to be the object surface, use and projection direction into certain Angle of CCD camera for the object surface face form modulation by deformation of the grating like, according to digital dependent algorithm calculate phase distribution, because from the phase of the phase shift calculation in the truncated FanSanJiaoHanShu principal values range [π,π] inside, it is discontinuous, must through continuous phase unwrapping will pay distribution, by phase-a highly relations for the final out objects profile3d data information.This paper expounds PMP principle, key technology in the process of measurement are analyzed, and gives the detailed algorithm and the experimental results. The simulation results through MATLAB, the stripe for the processing and image reconstruction of contour. Simulation experiments show this method is rapid high efficiency, high resolution, and easy implementation.
