Educational Game Design And Development For Moral Education Based On Mobile Terminal

In recent years, as the popularization of mobile terminal equipment like mobile phone and Tablet PC, the issue about education application of mobile devices has brought up to table-board.Many researchers began to turn their attention to the feasibility of the application of mobile devices in education realms,the application mode, and the application prospects. On the other hand, along with the implementation of the national informatization strategy, educational informatization has become a hotspot in education realms. The implementation of educational informatization strategy is the very way to solve the problems like educational method backward and inefficient which brought by traditional education, and educational game as an important way of informatization education has gradually accepted by educational workers and students’ parents. This paper proposes an idea that to apply educational game based on mobile terminal in the filed of moral education just under such a background, and try to put it into practice under the direction of EDR theory. This paper develops under my tutor’ research project named "Educational Game Design and Development for moral education based on mobile terminal". This article references a large number of related literature at home and abroad including education game theory, game design theory, EDR theory, etc firstly, and on that basis the article summarizes the research achievements and research status in education games, EDR theory, via the literature research we demonstrate the feasibility of the implementation of this study and also lay a solid theoretical basis for the implementation of this study. After broad distribution of questionnaires we focus on the problems existing in moral education of middle and primary school education filed and understand customers’ needs thoroughly. In combination with the user requirements analysis and analysis of the teaching materials and teaching outline we propose a brief design plan for educational game for moral education based on mobile terminal, and finally the paper mainly expounds the process of development and implementation of the game. Confining to the time and technical level, our project team only developed a original prototype of the game, the work of game test has not begun yet. Therefore this paper gives the first round of the design and development plan only, and hope to provide an example for the follow-up design and development work of the project.
