With the development of science, technology and the living standard of people, people have higher requirement of their life and property. But the fire always threatens the life and property of the people, especially the fire with some dangerous chemicals. Long ago, people take advantage of the aboriginal method, passing message to rescue the people who are in danger. In the digital era, there is a more effective and scientific method to protect the people away from the fire with chemical products. When the fire happens, the digital rescue system can provide the right and scientific choice for people.When the dangerous chemical product fire break out, the key to choose the right path is much important for the related people. Also, there is much dangerous air around the fire area. The dangerous air affects the safety of the people. Meanwhile, the system should have the prompt and accurate geo-information in order to help to choose the right path choice and the analysis of the pollution diffusion. So this thesis has implemented a digital rescue system. This system which is based on the Google Earth platform, can be divided into three parts, the basic operation module of Google, the shortest path analyze module and the calculation module of the pollution air diffusion. And the thesis discusses the key technology to implement the system function. With the technology of the shortest path problem, the system has implemented a restricted shortest path algorithm. After researching on the related mode of the air diffusion, the thesis combine Gauss diffusion mode and the calculation function of the Excel to analyze the data of the polluted air. Also, the system can choose different path for the rescue team or the escape people.This system aims at providing an available path for the people to escape. The most important feature is combining the diffusion of the polluted air with the related geo-information. At last, the system has passed on some tests, reflecting some practicality on some small town region.
