In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce,e-commerce has become one of the engines of China's economic development.The rise of e-commerce has also led to the rapid development of the logistics industry.With the development of science and technology,new technology is also widely used in the logistics industry and provide customers with a more comprehensive and efficient service of transport information.With the development of GPS navigation and base station positioning,low power consumption and high performance embedded control chip,intelligent sensor and wireless networking technology,The users can further improve their services according to their own requirements,such as the location,vibration,movement,overturning and leakage and other status information of good.However,the relative technology of internet has not been widely used,so the safety supervision of freight transportation still adopts the traditional way to guarantee the safety of transportation.This method has the following deficiencies:a simple function,the slow handling of the incident,low efficiency,supervision is not in place led to the phenomenon of mutually making excuses,when the theft occurs.The traditional logistics blockade has been unable to meet the increasing demand for security management.In view of the shortcomings of traditional lock,this paper describes the research and development of intelligent logistics electronic lock,and joined the cloud platform control,intelligent tracking and travel track records in line with the new era of intelligent logistics management functions and service.In order to realize the safety management of higher requirements,this technology can effectively improve the efficiency,safety and service of warehouse and logistics management.The electronic lock has the functions of GPS positioning and tracking,GPRS networking,and wake up motion detection.In this paper,the introduction part introduces the background of the development of logistics electronic locks,the research status at home and abroad,and the significance of the research.Then,the paper briefly introduces the design principle of the electronic lock,and designs the logistics electronic lock system in general.This paper introduces the functional requirements of electronic lock and its main characteristics.In the third part of this paper,the hardware design of the electronic lock is introduced in detail.The hardware circuit includes MCU and peripheral circuit,power supply module,panel indicator function,GSM communication module,GPS positioning module and so on.In order to analyze the function and requirement of these modules,this paper introduces the working principle of each module,and then designs the hardware circuit of each module.The fourth part of this paper is the software design of logistics electronic lock terminal.Firstly,this part introduces the GPS module and the protocol and data transmission specification of the GPRS wireless data transmission module.Then it designes the target GPS data frame reception and analysis program and GPRS data transmission program.The fifth part is mainly the functional testing on the part module of electronic lock the and platform information display.Finally,this paper summarizes the research topics and looks forward to the research direction.
