However, the currentbusiness support platform with a single product architecture design, unable to meet theintegration of the business receiving the demand. In the intense competition oftelecommunication market, Hulun Buir Unicom Corporation is facing some pressing tasks ashow to provide fast and efficient support to the business halls, how to improve the satisfactionof the clients, how to increase receipts of enterprises, and how to win the advantage in theindustry competition. The author as a project planner identity, I participated in the preliminaryassessment process of investigation, system design and implementation, system test andpost-effective of whole process.Design and Implementation of Hulun Buir Unicom Fusion Business ConcentratingAcceptance System based on Inner Mongolia Unicom the existing BSS4.0system. It could bequickly accepting Waugh family, family1+etc fusion business. The system consists ofmanagement module, front and back accepting module, self-service module.The main tasks of the paper are embodied in the following parts: Firstly, the authorsconducted a wide range of research work.
