Large Carriers Centralized Billing System Design And System Integration

This dissertation discusses a Central billing account system design and system-integration. The system is designed for the large telecom company. It is based on the standards of China telecom general bureau. The system has been completed in Pingdingshan branch of Henan province Communication Company.This system bases relation-database oracle8i. Its functions cover billing processing, billing policy, account-method, standard services-code, and standard interfaces with other systems, etc.This dissertation discusses five function modules of the system, such as data collecting, billing processing, account processing, payment processing, and users information. It also discusses the integration of oracle database system, minicomputer server and network. The telecom company can build a standard and advanced centralized billing system according to this dissertation.The system has high cohesion and low coupling. It considers two things with the OLTP and batch transactions. It has high stability and expansibility, validity and consistency.
