Research Of Extension Strategy Generating System For Resolving Job Contradictions

With the development of social, economic, cultural and other aspects, the decision-makers of the majority of the enterprises have an urgent requirement to clarify the existing of the problems, strategy generation, assistant, decision-making etc. The individual also needs to solve contradiction problems. However, with the development of network technology, in the face of the mass of information, if the business decision-makers want to fully understand their situation to grasp the problems they are facing with, and to make a strategy to solve the problems, and individual how to obtain personal information from the mass valid information. They need to turn to the network and computer technology for help. In the future take full advantage of smart tools is the important task of the modernization of a number of areas.Extenics studies contradiction problems of the objective world. Extension method to resolve the contradictions and the extension engineering method has been established. With the improvement and development of extension, the extension strategy generating system (Extension Strategy Generating System, ESGS) have been proposed. This thesis is the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation project (grant no.8151009001000041)—"Research on the Strategy Generating Mechanism of Software Agents".Firstly, this thesis introduced extension, the study condition of ESGS, the background and the significance of this study, and then main content of this thesis. Then, it introduced the relevant calculation formula this thesis used. It also introduced the systems development under the framework of J2EE. Then the thesis takes the solution of the regional conflicts of the job problem as example. According to the framework of the ESGS and kernel model of the issue, through analysis by the relevant network of a number of factors of regional impact of job problem and the causal relationship of their interactions, through the extension reasoning and the contradictory-solving strategies of the extension transformation generation, and it selected the optimum strategy that to control the job problem. The analysis of the whole process also reflects the basic steps of ESGS. Finally, through the J2EE platform implement the generation system of an extension strategy. This system uses the MVC development model, using SSH technique, greatly increasing the reusability and maintainability of the system.The innovation of this paper is:1. The innovation of this thesis is to apply the basic theory of the extension and the method of extension project to the strategy generating the system for job problem. It presents the process of implement the extension strategy generating system on computer to solve the job contradiction problem and shows the running results.2. The use of extension of basic-element model to describe the objective world of things and the laws of reasoning, the use of extension inference and extension transformation to build strategy generation inference rule, the use of extension set and dependent function as a quantitative evaluation tool for strategy generation and strategy evaluation, so that provide new approach for computer to help decision.3. Obtained the database structure of job problems, generated career information table, extension transformation table and an order of conduction transformation table.
