The Research Of Knowledge Representation And Strategy Generating Based On Extension Theory

With the development of the science and technology, we can use machines to finish more and more jobs. At the same time, the development of the society, economy, culture and other aspects lets us need more machines have creative thinking, which can offer high-level strategies. Processing the received information to turn to knowledge and generating strategy to solve problems by it, we call which intelligence. To promote intelligent level of computers, we need to set up the information-knowledge-intelligent formal system.Extenics is a new subject which solves contradiction problems. It studies the extensive possibility of things and the rules and methods of exploitation and innovation with formalized model. Describing information and knowledge with basic elements are simple, regular and clear. Extension inference can describe the rules of information generating knowledge. Extension transformation can act as a tool to solve problems by generating strategies from current information and knowledge. Extension set and Dependent Function can be used for strategy generating and evaluating as a quantitative tool. So this system is simple and clear, and easy to process by computers.Based on analyzing extension theory and knowledge representations, this thesis sets up the knowledge model with basic elements, achieving to describe information and knowledge formally, and researches the methods to solve problems in practice on this model.After that, combining to computer technology, the thesis sets up knowledge database in a established extension model. It processes the problems related with current knowledge. Researching the method in computer system to get knowledge by extension inference and extension transformation. It generates strategies to solve present problems and synthetically evaluate strategies with extension methods.Lastly, the thesis sets up an extension model for house renting problem. Combining to computer technology, it generates house-renting strategy in computer system. Base on extension method, the extension house renting system analyzes problems with current knowledge, solves lack of money problem, achieves computer solve contradiction problems with extension method.The highlight of this subject is information,knowledge,intelligent are united in a formal system with extension theory and extension method, and the research on setting up extension model on computer sysem and initial realizing.It offers new methods to promote intelligent level of computers.This thesis is the achievements in research of the project"The Research of Information-Knowledge-Intelligent Formal System Based on Extension Theory",which is supported by Guandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China(05001832).
