| With the social development of economic globalization, enterprise competition from product to the market, market competition is for customers, new, the customer has become an important resource for the survival and development of enterprises. In order to maintain the long-term development of enterprises, increase the enterprise’s core competitiveness and improve the profits of enterprises, many enterprise managers pay more and more attention to the customer relationship management and how to improve the customer value. In addition, the researchers pay more and more attention to customer relations theory too, many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted long-term research on the customer relationship and customer value, and the researches have been applied to the business. Based on the customer value theory knowledge, using decision tree technique and the method of Extenics theory analysis.this thesis design the extension strategy generating system of improving customer value, from the theory and practice to explore the application of decision tree generation system in the strategy, to provide the direction and the basic research for the future.At present, the extension strategy generating system’s step is generally that build extension model for contradiction problems firstly, and then through the analysis of correlation function, establish the problem library and strategy library, when building strategy, adopts rhombus thought method for generating strategies, namely first with divergent thinking extension transform the related tree of contradiction problem, then though the method of convergence to evaluate generation strategies, at last, recommend the high degree strategies to the alternative. This method is hard to analysis the core problem of contradiction, and the strategies are not targeted, this thesis discusses how to use ontology knowledge and decision tree techniques for building ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree, by analyzing the tree mining the extension knowledge and core problem, extension transforming of the core problem to generation strategies, this method improves the extension strategy generating system intelligent and the precise of the strategies.This thesis first introduces the knowledge of customer value theory, decision tree, ontology knowledge and the extension strategy generating; Secondly, discusses how to build the extension model of improving customer value, and the model of ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree, than analysis the tree’s application to extension strategy generation, namely through the ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree, mining the extension knowledge of customer value and the core problem of the contradictions, again, introduced to improve customer value of extension strategy generating steps and generates results; finally, summarizes the innovation points of this thesis and the direction of future efforts.The innovation of this thesis:(1)This thesis combining the ontology theory, decision tree technology and customer value, proposes the concept of ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree, introduces the construction process model of ontology knowledge expansion analysis tree, and through the tree establish the core problem of the objectives and conditions.(2)This thesis discusses ontology knowledge analysis tree’s application to extension strategy generation. By analyzing the tree analysis on ontology knowledge, dig out the related field extension knowledge, the core problem effectively find a problem, and on the condition of extension transformation, generation of effective strategies for policy makers to choose.(3) According to the extension knowledge of customer value and the core problem, this thesis put forward to improve customer value extension strategy generation step, discuss the new mode of strategy formation.This is the research results of Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation (Grant No.:10151009001000044)-"The Client Values Research based on Extension Data Mining". |
