For the purpose to use the digital archives true、long-term、effective, we must assessment carefully the every process of the digital archives management:create、organize、custody、transmission and usage, using the mature assessment standards and methods in IT field, combine with the characteristics of the digital archives, analysis the uncertain security risk factors comprehensively of the management process about digital archives, measure the security level about the software and the equipment which the digital archives dependence, so that we can management the digital archives in different level and make sure there are rule to follow in the digital archives security management.
