A Study Of The Implementation And Management On The System Of Centralizing Storage Of Accounting Archive For Branch A Of Bank C

In recent years, domestic banking industry grows extremely fast, and since foreign banks have flocked to China, competition in the industry has become more and more intense. Centralized Management of banking back-office operations is now well-known and essential for the industry to enhance its competitiveness of core banking business, improve its management, limit its risks and reduce its operating costs. In the current background of moving bank business into back-office centralized operation, centralized management of accounting archives as the key point of centralizing operation services has been included as one of centralized operation projects of twenty-six cities planned by the central bank. In the process of improving modern archive management, this article tries to abandon those modes and ways of management with low efficiency and high cost by relying on mature technology of image scanning and OCR, seek the way of combining modern storage management and archive management in the project management system to adapt and meet the requirement of banking reform and project organization, and provide reference for the project of improving archive management for branch A of bank C.In the present article, Chapter One puts forward the idea of centralized management on accounting archives and elaborates related theories, research contents and methods based on the research on archive management of domestic and foreign commercial banks. Chapter Two narrates the current status of accounting archive management of branch A of bank C, including its organizing structure, business process and warehouse status, and sums up the problems existing in the current accounting archive management of branch A. Chapter Three elaborates the implementation plans of centralized storage management of accounting archive for branch A of bank C, discusses the structures, functions and contents of the system and puts forward its overall goals. Chapter Four provides the methods of process management for the system of storage management of accounting archive. This chapter divided in two parts elaborates process management of visualizing and computer managing paper files, certificates and receipts, and schedule and quality management during the process of building the system of storage management of accounting archive. Chapter Five concludes the article, and looks forward to smooth implementation of the project, and provides contribution to the steady development of the branch.
