The Internet of things(IOT), which is known as the third wave of the globe information industry after the computer and the Internet, can be widely applied to various fields of economic and social development, triggering and driving the profound changes in productivity, production methods and lifestyle. The Internet of things become a key foundation and an important engine of economic and social green, smart, sustainable development.This paper integrate the radio frequency identification reader and the wireless sensor network node, which is based on equipment condition monitoring features and application requirements in the industry environments, a equipment monitoring system for the Internet of things is constructed. Among them, the RF reader as a special collection node in wireless sensor networks, detailed hardware system of the reader is designed. SHC1102contactless IC chip of Shanghai Hua Hong Integrated Circuit Co.,Ltd is chosen for electronic tag chip and SHC1509is chosen for RFID reader/write chip, design the power supply circuit of the RF chip, RF module circuit and the matching antenna circuit of the reader. AT89S52MCU is chosen for control unit module, design the single-chip control circuit on the RF module, and design the communication circuit between MCU and host computer. Secondly, the RF reader as part of the wireless sensor networks, research the data management which integrate the RF reader and wireless sensor network node, mainly research the data fusion between RF data and wireless sensor data, and then design a relational data model which integrate the RF reader and wireless sensor network node, and the data model is applied to equipment condition monitoring field.
