| Along with uninterrupted development of network technology, the number of Web users is booming.But many Web service performance cannot satisfy the using with large groups of users.Nevertheless it is an important work for software development to evaluate and optimize Web service performance accurately and fairly.This paper shows a profound study of the performance testing of the method and content.I propose a new Web performance test model C-WPTM which is service-oriented model.According to the difference of time cost for the Web page processing In The Server Side, This model analysis is a page response time of a model which has two aspects:the treatments and content of a Web page.There are two page styles in the Web:Still page and dynamic page.The time cost is changed to process them in the web server.The main affecting factor includes the lines of code, the database factor and the program in the page. The main affecting factor for the time cost of content includes the number of embedded objects in the page, total size of the page and elements.Using C-WPTM model cannot only assess Web service performance, also can position the bottleneck of Web application.That bottleneck has direct function for the optimization of Web application.According to the bottleneck of the Web application, this paper proposes a Web server optimization strategy which is based on cluster technology and the cache technology.This strategy effectively improves Web reference load, and reduces’s parts of a page response time. This strategy takes Nginx as a reverse proxy server, squid as page cache, memcached as a data cache.Through performance testing and results analysis, the optimization strategy of design can effectively bar larger concurrent users and reduce the response time of the page.The result can prove correctness and validity of the model of the optimization strategy.This optimization strategy has been used in projects of the official website of Zhengzhou Municipal Government. |
