Study On Children’ Picture Book Design

In the time that children’ education are payed great attention and books’ classification are more and more meticulous, the children’ picture book gradually has been taken to a kind of completely independent creative arts and constituted their own classic category. To the children, a good children’ picture book not only broaden the outlook, but also raise the thought; Not only develop the intelligence, but also the joyful mood. Depend on my research, the children’ picture book is a book using a group of drawings to describe a story or to express a subject for children. With this understanding, I have mainly researched the development of history on the domestic and foreign child drawing’s,from the Han Dynasty to the new China, from the17th century’s seed to the21st century’s liveliness, I did my best to collect and organize each kind of material.I analyzed children’ picture book systemically on the affection of children’ mental and personality, then recording to their bodily and mentally characteristic, realize the affect to the shapes, contents,colors and techniques of children’ picture books which including children’ imitation psychology, ask for the new psychology, the game psychology as well as the self-awareness psychology, thus.Then put forward several proposals to our country’s children’ picture books’ enterprise, namely, under the study and reference,we must carry on the breakthrough and the creation, must fuse mutually the tradition and the modern age, must bound the aesthetic and the interesting.Let the people know the children’ picture book, respect child, respect artists and artistic creations involved to the children’ enterprise,this is an important mission. Only when they had this kind of consciousness, could get the further consummation, improve our children ’picture books’ quality and the international standing, thus would carry on the inheritance and development to our country’s children’ picture book.
