Displacement measuring technology has a great effect on people’s living production and scientific research.With the rapid development of the modern industry and scientific technology,the demand for precision of displacement measuring is higher and higher. QD is quandrant photodetector with big photosensitive surface, fast response and high responsiveness. It’s used in many fields,such as laser guidance.space communication and weapon accurate aiming. The core device of the system researched in this thesis is QD.This topic comes from the project called "The development of the displacement measuring system based on QD".This project includes three part,"Research on error correction method of the displacement measuring system based on QD","Development of device of the the displacement measuring system based on QD","Research on positioning algorithm of the displacement measuring system based on QD".The task of this paper is to finish the first part.In this paper,the physical effect of QD and its test principle for flare position are expounded. With the high-precision positioning algorithm,the principle to measure the displacement is analysed.This thesis proposes the methods of error correction. Based on research of inside noise,background light and the nonuniformity of QD,the experiments are made to measure the error of the system,the influence data is got and the methods of error correction are researched.At last,the paper introduces the displacement measuring experiment and the performance test experiment.These experiments are made to verify the function of the displacement measureing system and its index.The result indicates that,after the displacement parameters are revised,the precision is improved.The system can satisfy the index requirement of the project.
