Measure while drilling—MWD technology is an advanced technology collecting more subjects as a body such as well drilling, well logging, automatic control, new material, etc. The improvement of measuring sensor data precision can assure information collecting by the MWD system exactly and credibly.In view of actual demand in the scene, the underground pipe part of MWD has been designed, the quality of this part directly influence active status of after system and the precision and level of hole trajectory control. Data acquisition, signal processing, compensation of the sensor--accelerometer and the fluxgate sensor have been mainly completed in the measurement process of drilling. The choice of sensor has realized the nationalization, the design cost has been reduced greatly and the production cycle has been reduced simultaneously while the request of survey precision has been satisfied in the site. The design scheme of MWD, hardware composition and the principle frame of MCU control have been proposed. Some modules of signal acquisition and processing have been designed such as selected-frequency amplifier, phase-sensitive detector and integral filter. A method of designing real-time digital low-pass filter based on has been proposed and the software system of MWD has been designed to realize the functions of acquisition, compensation and filter to the sensor data. The debugging and the assembly of software and hardware provide the theory basis for improving the level of design, the movement and the management. Confirmed software and hardware realization plan of the signal processing and the compensating methods designed in the article to be reasonable through the massive experiments. The measuring accuracy achieved the precision target proposed in this article, and satisfied the survey need in the site.
