Design And Implementation Of The Third Hospital Of Jiamusi University Management Information System

In recent decades, with the popularity of the usage of computer, Hospital Management Information Technique has developed rapidly. It has been used in many big or medium hospitals, and played an important role in the fields such as medical treatment, medicine, equipment and financial affairs. By using the Management Information System the hospitals greatly improved working efficiency and service quality. The design and application of Hospital Management Information System is, as it were, of significance to the modernization of hospital.In China, message processing in some medium or small hospitals is still by handwork, leading to huge workload and low efficiency. Now we have developed Hospital Management Information System for such hospitals. To build HMIS we need not only computer and web techniques but also the knowledge of medical service and hospital management. It’s a complicated and systematic project including both hardware construction and software construction. We have written this thesis according to the design process and realization of the system.The article mainly talks about the design of the system which meets the need of computerization in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University. First, we introduced the background and task of this project. We established research significance according to the research status of the project at home and abroad. Then we presented the key technology used by the system. Next, after we analyzed the operation flow in the hospital we divided the system into four different modules including patient registration, the outpatient doctor workstation, medical outpatient charges and the system management. Every module has been analyzed, designed, and realized. Finally, we summarized our efforts, raised questions, and look forward to the growth of Hospital Management Information System.
