Electronic vehicle which is the future of the autoindustrie, is rapidly developing in China. Now it is converting from research phase to industrialization phase. In order to support the normal operation of the electronic vehicle, like the electric charging or changing business, constructing many power stations is needed. The resources inside the power station are charging machines, charging piles, logistics equipments, quick change equipments, billing terminal equipments and so on. It has a very important support role for the normal and high efficiency operation of the equipments and the power stations. So the construction of power station integrated network management system, monitoring of all kinds of equipments in power stations, and ensuring the normal operation of the equipments, is the top priority of the power station operators.This system needed to be able to support the business of electric charge in electric vehicle power stations of the daily business operation, effectively manage config information, performance information and alarm information of the stations and equipments in operation, and provide inquiery and statistics analysis functions, improve the efficiency of the operation, track the equipment condition all-the-way, deal with the problems in daily business operations quickly, ensure daily operation and management functions of operators.This paper analyzes the requirements and function of the power station integrated network management system, according to the result of demand research to a domestic electric vehicle operation enterprise, give a complete design scheme for the system. This paper expounds the functional requirements and design methods of the topological management, alarm management, performance management, resources management and configuration management of this system, and using Struts, Spring, Hibernate which are open-source framework technologies and Flex which is Rich Internet Applications(RIA) to realize the system based on J2EE. The system follows three levels of the MVC design mode, it makes a systematic coupling reduced, improves the efficiency of development and the system maintenance and extensibility. The last system is successfully running in ShenZhen.
