The main content of this study is a 3d reconstruction method of a single front-view gray image and pseudo-color processing of the 3d image.The proposed 3d reconstruction method can be classified as a law of shape-from-shading which is popular at home and abroad, but different. This law based on photometric intensity of illumination, and points out that the inverse square law of point light source of light intensity vertical component object surface of the incident for intensity of illumination, in inverse ratio to the sting of point light by the square of the distance; That argument list intensity of illumination also can be seen as a light source will expand its depth information to reflect at the, at the videos in the gray image of the intensity of illumination, also won in light to the imaging is extended the square of the distance. This is the proposed target of the imaging of the intensity of illumination at the inverse square formula. According to the target of the established at the 2 d imaging model, leads to a singles face image grey mapping the target of the depth of the surface equation. This paper also discussed the possibility of other practical model, such as the image gray light intensity and Angle for, the images for the reflectivity of material surface gray or absorption rate, use light source of light strong or surface for surface layer depth reflectivity (or the opposite), etc.This paper reference macro photography and ordinary camera entity microscope, biological microscope, metallurgical microscope microscopic photography optical imaging system parameter, further set up with the shooting at the spot to face up to the gray image of 3 d reconstruction mathematical model. Finally, using the MATLAB language programming, combining the parameter of the optical photography system from the observation, according to the 3d reconstruction model’s relationship, we computed and visualized the image, and showed the 3d shape of the reconstructed and processed target in the computer monitor. This paper studies the 3 d reconstruction and false color processing method can be applied to many common, science and technology, particularly suitable for historical material in the remaining singles gray face images, which targets the shape of the recovery and features of the surface of the pseudo-color processing.
