Development Clinical Laboratory Information Enquireies System

On the contrary, as the varied names and diversity contents of books of clinical test diagnostic information , such as encyclopedia,manuals and dictionary etc , it is inconvenience for information testing. Under the common role of the information expansion and the diversity of sources of information, it is more complex to retrieval the useful information, which causes clinicians and examiner to understand more comprehensive testing diagnostic information difficultly.On the basis of the collection and summarized of relevant clinical examination monograph and literatures and integrating clinical examination of the actual work needs, our research analysis and sum up clinical examination information for the clinical work and develop clinical laboratory information inquiry system which use MS SQL Server2000 as database management systems and Delphi2005 as the front-end development tools. There are established a system of inspection items Classification and the International Classification of Diseases code standard data dictionary, as well as clinical examination comprehensive information database, which have the function of information editing, information management, information and system management. In the interface, according to test items or their conditions for foreign-language code, the health care professionals can rapidly retrieval all kinds of information ,such as required testing of the specimen collection project,detection method,detection equipment,reference range,clinical significance and attention to the matter,using fuzzy query, directory enquiries, and the index for senior enquiries.There are many advantages about this information system: rich in content, covering a wide range of knowledge, more comprehensive function, user-friendly, information with simple and rapid. It can be used to meet the needs of staff at all levels of clinical laboratory information. After the trial of medical staff and clinical examiner, it proved that the software easy to use and has good prospects.
