Stroke was a sudden cerebrovascular incidence. It was important for controlling incidence of stroke if the event could be predicted and taken prevention measures for high risk individual. Predict model was a main means for predicting risk of stroke incidence and that computer predict software was the tache to realize the process from mathematic model to clinic application. The present existing stroke warning tool was mathematic model, and simple for which mainly established on the basis of traditional risk factor. Its clinic application was limited because of complicated manpower calculation. Moreover, the prediction efficiency may be affected, for the predict factor based on traditional risk factors did not include cerebrovascular pathological indexes. This study based on large sample epidemiology investigation and cerebrovascular examination, trying to use an existing data collection mode with high popularity to provide community and hospital with easy-to-use software system, and scientific researcher with ideas of designing and implementing such software. The research mainly included the following:Firstly, on the basis of introducing the existing home and abroad epidemiological forecasting system, we focused on domestic application requirements in various condition and propose a predict system to achieve the principle of design ideas and building programs, according to the characteristics of existing clinical indicators.Then, proposed to provide different level of data analysis for different scale predictive value of stroke, stroke etiology research information and general descriptive statistics, to address the abuse and other issues caused by limitations of data size and quality of information, by use of database technology combined with epidemiological research methods. Ultimately, the system provided a variety of authentication to ensure the validity of prediction. At the same time, gave a simplified scenario and entry systems to quickly implement on-site investigation.The system combined developing with SPSS and ACCESS, with a clear structure and simple interface easy to promote and feature improvement.
