In recent years, the three-dimensional reconstruction technology has a very wide range of applications such as the reverse engineering, robot navigation, medical image processing, industrial product testing and so on. The3D reconstruction based on projection structural light because of the non contact, high speed, high precision, low cost advantages gradually becomes the research hot spot. This paper has mainly researched the3D reconstruction technology based on spatial coding which only needs projection a single color structured light pattern, then the space-time mixed coding method is also presented in this paper. Through image processing and other related algorithms, finally we achieve the goal of3D reconstruction for object.The main content of the paper are as follows:First, the paper analysis the significance and development trend of3D reconstruction, and simple analysis of the principle for a variety of3D reconstruction method and compared their advantages and disadvantages. We have analyzed and discussed the coding method of3D reconstruction based on structure light, which becomes the encoding theoretical basis of our paper.Secondly, we make a study on spatial coding method based on De Bruijn sequence, the coding method has the advantage of less color, long spatial period and high decoding accuracy. We put forward a space-time coding schemes on this basis, the paper also analysis the advantages and suitable occasion of the two kinds of encoding method respectively.Thirdly, according to the characteristics of coding stripes, the strong anti-interference ability of the strip boundary extraction algorithm, simple and effective color recognition method and efficient De Bruijn sequence decoding algorithm for image data processing is used in this paper, thus we can finish the modulated stripe image decoding process.Finally, we build3D reconstruction experiment platform, make the system calibration and equipment calibration, and do the experimental for some objects with a certain degree of difficulty, through the contrast analysis of multiple sets of experimental results and calculation of the measuring error, demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
