With the increasing maturity of test control technology development and expansion of application fields, test control systems are increasingly large and complex, but ordinary low-end control chip has been unable to meet the performance requirements of present test control system for high-speed, low-power and better-upgrade. As a new type of controller, FPGA are increasingly used in a variety of multi-channel test and control equipment. This subject selected FPGA chip as the central controller, then researched and applied point-by-point comparison interpolation algorithm to achieve the acquision and output of the sensor and actuator’s switch signl and analog signal. By writing Verilog HDL hardware language program, the system tested and controled various functional modules of the circuit board, and simulated interpolation algorithm. This thesis designed and made, debuged the mainboard and the baseboard. The circuit board functional blocks include the central controller and its peripherals, power supply module, analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) module, digital to analog converter (DAC) module, switch value10(DI/DO) module, the serial communication module and the microcontroller unit (MCU) extended interface module of the seven parts and so on. Through collecting, conditioning each digital and analog signal, central controller control the combinational logic and sequential logic of the signals, and analysisprocess this datum, and output digital and analog signals to control the movement of the actuator, then debugged and stored important data and communicate with Industrial Personal Computer and other sub-device node.First, the paper introduces the background and research content of this project and carefully analysis the overall structure and functional requirements of the test control system. Secondly, the system hardware circuit function module was divided, and the details of the circuit design and Implementation were detailedly analysed and discussed. Then a brief overview of the interpolation algorithm was presented, and the principles and characteristics of the point-to-point comparison interpolation algorithm were detailedly analysed. Finally, Verilog HDL hardware language program was written in the FPGA to realize the function of the circuit module and simulated and validated the interpolation algorithm.
