The network media swift and violent group race development situation has initiated the social product way revolutionary transformation, and it urges the comparison to the network and the traditional media dissemination way. Overall, the network dissemination is in the point-to-point while the traditional media opposite .The dissemination way difference, has brought certain differences between the network and traditional media in news propaganda.
