With the development of society, people are enjoying increasingly higher standard of life. Long-term guardianship of chronic disease has become an important social problem such as cardiovascular disease, a disease of sudden. Without being attended, patients with this disease often lose the ability to initiate call for help when disease outbreaks, which may cause disability or death. Therefore, the development of remote monitoring system for patients with cardiovascular disease has become an unstoppable trendWe designed a set of remote monitoring system, aiming at the need of health monitoring of the patients with cardiovascular, which is different from the traditional monitoring data, the collection of which needs patients to be completely quiescent. When patients are doing outdoor activities, the system uses multiple sensing devices to acquire information of the patients’ pulse in normal or quiescent state, blood pressure and ECG shape, transmitting information to the remote server monitoring center through the GPRS network.Considering that the pathological analysis of cardiovascular disease is complex, the system analyzes physiological data collected by using fault tree analysis and predicts the patient’s real-time physical state. In order to provide data support for the track of patients’ condition, the system keeps records of data colleted as well as state analysis each time. When the system detects unusual patient data, it will provide relevant data for the patient and the results of analysis on the interface of the monitoring center, to remind doctors to take appropriate measures. In addition, the alarm information will be sent to data monitoring device on the patients. The device will sound and light alarm to alert the patient or the surrounding personnel. The system solves the problem that it might cause danger if the cardiovascular patients are outdoor or unattended, in the condition of which health status can not be monitored. Use of wireless sensor technology provides real-time monitoring for the patient’s condition without constraining the activities of patients with cardiovascular disease. The system gives a timely reminder to notify the relevant doctors to deal with it when disease outbreaks or is about to outbreak, greatly increasing the speed of being treated when disease outbreaks, which has saved valuable time for patients.
