| In our daily life, TV news plays an important role. Even it is an essential part.Telling stories which happened or happening by films have broken through traditionalliterary narrative for a long time. Narrative approach to video becomes a newnarrative way. As a normal narrative mode, TV news narrative gets less attention.In the new period, great reforms have been carried out in society, polity,economy, culture and other aspects, followed by the commercial, visual and entertainmental popular culture. The most serious and fixed program, TV news, also gets theimpact of popular culture. There are more continuous innovation and plurality in theprogram type and the narrative mode. TV news media began to look for a newnarrative mode and a new reporting perspective, to meet the audience’s need.First of all, this text analyzed the development of TV and narratology. Then thepaper summarized news narratology research home and abroad. Using the theories ofTV journalism, communication, narratology to explore these aspects below: thenarrative symbol, narrator, narrative perspective, narrative time, the discourseformation mechanism.Analyzing Chinese TV news based on the foregoing context. Focus Interviewand Legal Report as examples are analyzed academically. I hope the paper canprovide some new viewpoints and for narrative research on TV news and someacademic research on concrete operation of TV news. |
