The task come from a magnetism material factory,Their plant needs to reconstruct. The plant is used in working procedure that sinters magnetism material. This article analyses the system that reconstructed them.This article describes the outline and hardware structure that design system in detail. It didn't use the common way to program in the software. But,the multi-tasking is introduced into the program. This article describes on the small single-chip how to execute multi-tasking,and,give the notice when use this way. The control object that characterize the phase lag resemble resistance furnace adopt intelligent PID control. The control parameter is self-tuning,not artificially tune off line. Furthermore,it heightens the automatization degree of system and the control precision. This article analyses the principle of the relay self-tuning,it give the practice way to make certain the PID parameter. Those control scheme that these articles suit commonly temperature control. The hardware and software is practicable and current in project.
