Medical insurance social security system as an indispensable link, its importance can notbe ignored. But along with the information technology application and development, medicalinformation systems are becoming more and more diverse, because these systems used indevelopment platforms and technologies, application system structure is different, and theyexist in the network environment, the operating system platform and the database system alsoeach are not identical. At the same time the medical insurance policy changes in time, and thechanges of the modifications required in the timeliness and effectiveness have the very highrequest. Therefore, how to in the medical information system and social security systemintegration and data sharing between each other, to demand changes to ensure timely andeffective completion of the medical insurance system, has become the most important issue tobe solved!This paper briefly introduces the medical insurance system construction demand andtechnical requirements, based on hierarchical system structure of the componentsdevelopment method, realize a real deal is good, stable operation of the medical insurancesystem of the interface, and convenient people cooperation development and maintenance,solve the medical insurance policy according to the real-time changes for the timely andeffective system modification of the complete, and ensure the stability of the system operation,effectively, reduce the use of party and developers resources loss. At the same time is moreeffective to solve the medical insurance system and the other system integrated and systemdata sharing between the problems.This system to solve the actual problem is as follows:1、Because use the system of medical treatment insurance institutions of the diversityand broad, makes the system to be able to have broad application, namely needs toapply to various platform, database or language development. Can facilitate thesystem of "transplant", reduce the same kind of interface system development forresources when again consumption.2、When medical treatment insurance policy change or due to other reasons the changesto the program, do not need to program a major shift or completely again write.
