Inevitably, the auto parts industry isalso developing in full swing, our government vigorously promotes the development ofindependent brands of motor vehicles and auto parts industry. Auto parts are always in thehuge demand, so a large number of sales businesses and sales individuals come to the fore,and the effective management of these emerging industries as well as their steadilydeveloping become into important topics.Obsolete auto parts managements, including the human brain memory, pen and papermanagement, low version of the hardware and software operating platform, greatly reduce theefficiency and the sales revenue, thereby constraining the rapid development of the auto partsindustry, and ultimately also make the automotive industry cannot get forward healthily andsteadily. Therefore, a set of auto parts information management system with excellentperformance which is easy-to-operate is pretty necessary; it can change the high-costmanagement methods as well as the cumbersome and sluggish management process.The system is planned to be used by Shijiazhuang Shuangfeng auto parts company. It mustbe full-featured, easy-to-operate and use. This system uses Visual Studio2005developingplatform, SQL Server2005database, the B/S and C/S development modes to ensure theefficient management of the company’s auto parts, customers and employees information,meanwhile promoting front-customers’ awareness to Shuangfeng company and its partsinformation in order to make the purchases successful. The background C/S structure usesVisual C#to implement and the front web structure uses the ASP.NET to implement. Thebackground management system has adopted C/S mode, because this system itself is runningin the local area network and information security requirements of the database is relativelyhigh, a development of windows application is enough. In order to guarantee the security ofthe inventory data in the LAN, when the system is started, it turns to the login module, anddifferent permissions have different operations. Besides that the users are provided withpractical and sound functions, such as inventory shortage warning, receipt preview, reportsprinting. The front web customers located in different regions can visit this company’s website at any time if connected to the Internet, so the B/S mode is adopted, which is easy to usewithout upgrade, facilitating customers to browse, and the key question is that it can avoid important information leakage. While B/S developing, you need to set up a web server foryour platform, if there is no IIS component in the current operating system platform, you needto manually install XP IIS packet. Effective management of the database can improve systemperformance, how to set the database structure, how to set up the associations between tablesto make the database run normal, efficient and error-free is our system’s important standard.The focus of this paper includes: B/S mode and C/S mode applications, informationsecurity of management system, permission module reuse, Crystal Report’s application andsome key technologies while developing.The value of this article is based on the actual business needs, which has overcome theshortcomings of traditional management systems, managing the automobile spare parts bysort, easy to use, safe, and improving the traditional management system, no longer limited tothe LAN information management. |
