Software products grow gradually to meet the modern management mode. TheEntertainment Center requires a software solution not only to complete the basic work,but to be more intelligent in helping maximal profit. Functions are welcomed such asfinancial data analysis, a wide range of services to business, enterprise resourceprotection and control. Although the manager desires a relatively comprehensiveenterprise management contents, such information are not flexible and effectivecombination of statistical analysis, such as: operational analysis of the runningaccount data, whether the operating strategy is effective, whether the cost of energy iswasted and so on. To solve the difficulties of such demand and reality, this articleprovides an integrated functionality of a single-server platform for comprehensivestatistical information management, enterprise data analysis and management systemfor monitoring services. With such a system, all the departments of the EntertainmentCenter may easily brows the data manipulation and access the business logic layer.Information for all parts of this platform will be an organic body with logical analysis,the tedious business processes are shown intuitively on the front end in advance, sothat managers can analyze the operational state of the Entertainment Center, thereforeto archive more effective management plan through statistical analysis, and thevarious departments may work together through the workflow logic control.The author makes a lot of analysis on the practical requirements, and a detailedstudy of structured design of the logical architecture about the system applications.With discussion among the development team on the implementation the advantagesand practicality of the system has been approved.The system adopts a distributed architecture divided into two parts: the businessmanagement services and the energy collection agency services. The businessmanagement services are developed with ASP.net, with a B/S model so that provides afriendly interface, flexible to set the operating strategy of the Entertainment Center,and centralized management through different departments. The energy collectionagency services depend on socket communications, dynamic XML information retrieval technology to solve the transmission of data between the databaseinformation. This article focuses on the design and implementation of an integratedmanagement system of the entertainment center Business Management system. Thesystem is divided into the following modules:1. Business logic control layers:The core part of the system is data processing. It starts from the datacollection,and then traces till the operation of the data model, it stores the datacollected by the client according to the type of direct decomposition of the dataserver data table, and automatically detect the update of new data. It providesbusiness operations for the data obtained processing and expected data for datadisplay. The data layer takes full advantage of the reusability of modules in orderto reduce the complexity of the system processing, thus improving the systemperformance.2. The data service layer:This layer provides the application interface for information retrieval systemvarious types of data. It directly interacts with the database server via Interact.The solution focus on the following modules: system maintenance informationretrieval; financial management data retrieval; energy management data retrieval;and statistical analysis. This layer can be extended in the future for the newcustomer requirements.3. The data show that layer:The function of this layer is mainly processing the data after the businesslogic layer based on the type of data. After retrieval of the appropriateinformation, the data service layer displays it on the client browser. Although thislayer is simple, it is the most intuitive features to meet customer needs, not onlydisplays data page to the user, but also contains output of the business logiccontrol layer and the application of the data services layer trigger.The system serves as the backbone for the process of daily work of theentertainment center, provides a statistical analysis of queries as the kernelfunctionality, supports the business change logic algorithms, and ultimately brings aflexible and efficient management system for business operations.
