The educational administrationmanagement towards the paperless office and standardization, modernization ofmanagement, the traditional manual management of affairs model into using moderntechnology and means to realize the scientific management mode, not only savesmanpower and material resources, but also improve the efficiency of the office.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis on the basis of the ordinary collegestudent management and existing software technology, designed and implementedinformation management software system applicable to student informationmanagement system of small and medium common higher school The system is based on the Browser/Server (B/S) mode of development, the system userjurisdiction is divided into students, teachers and administrators in three differentpermissions, user can login to the different user interface. The system mainly by thestudent information management, course selection information management,message board and other functional modules. This paper introduces the detaileddesign of functional modules, and build a database model. The system uses JSPtechnology development, database using MY SQL, use the tomcat5.0to build server.The system function is complete, humanized design intuitive operation,convenient, low cost. To better adapt to the small and medium common higher schoolstudent information management the general requirements.
