It is very important that how to keep the CTAIS data complete and standard.Meanwhile the complete and standard data will set the foundation for further data utilization.This article is mainly about the designing and development of Tax Administration DataMonitoring System, and the article has made a reference to the experience of the data qualityresearch of other provinces. The Tax Administration Data Monitoring system has B/S systemrelying on the special tax network, and all the data is concentrated by the province tax bureau.The foreground use Internet Explore6.0and above browser, and the background use Oracle9idatabase. The database server and application server is centralized by the province bureau.The user can process through the tax private network.The system will examine and verify the correctness and logic, then early warn thedoubtful data to remind operator to correct the fault, finally increase the quality of the dataand the correctness of the balance. This operation and decrease the work pressure.This system is consisted of five main function modules, individually user logging,mission management, comprehensive inquiry, system maintenance and user management. Themission management is the core module of the system. The system has set more than100indexes of5classes to monitor the doubtful data. The system has complete function andmeets the needs of the current work of taxation after the function text, load test and securitytest.During the trial operation, the basic tax bureau reflect that the system has the followingcharacteristics: the first one is the system can verity the incorrect the incomplete data, thesecond one is to monitor the uncompleted tax work, the third is to verity the relevant tax data, and the last one is standardize the collect and management process.Now, the system has shabbily worked for more than one year. Facing the quickdevelopment of the tax, we need to make more research, apply many management modes tosolve the problems coming up in the taxation.
