In recent years, the wireless communication technology that rises rapidly is becoming ahotspot, exhibits a low cost, low power consumption and other characteristics,and promotescontinuous progress greatly of the industrial monitoring, control, detection and the otherfields.In some aspects, the wireless communication shows incomparable advantages relative tocable communication.In the fields of industrial production and people’s living,driven by anumber of demands of miniaturization, intelligent, low-power, low cost and so on, in traction ofcomputer and microelectronics technology,the embedded technology is developing rapidly.Considering the test of vessel monitoring system based on CAN-bus,this paper put forwarda design scheme of embedded test system of CAN-bus based on wireless communication.Thetest system used LPC2129microprocessor as the central controller, μC/OS-II operating systemas software platform, supplemented by nRF24L01module and LCD monitor, etc. Softwareprogramming completed communication test and wireless data transmitting. Experimentalresults showed that the system could realize CAN-bus network communications test,deviceidentification and wireless data transmission.The test system settled the problem of real-timemonitoring for CAN-bus of vessel monitoring system.In this article, the overall program was designed firstly, then the sub-module.The systemwas divided into three parts: CAN-bus network communication test module, deviceidentification module and wireless communication module.Firstly, the hardware was designed. This article introduced briefly the function of LPC2129processor, the hardware circuit structure of CAN-bus communication test module,deviceidentification module, wireless communication module, LCD module and the peripheral circuits.After studying of the embedded system construction and choosing the hardware,the designprocess of system hardware was explained, and the hardware circuit diagram and PCB weredrawn, the design of the system hardware circuit was completed.At the same time of hardware designing,the application program was designed, thetransplantation and configuration of device driver program and other aspects werestudied.CAN-bus communication test program,device drive program of the RFID, the wirelesscommunication module and LCD display module were completed. The μC/OS-II real-timeoperating system was transplanted successfully into LPC2129microprocessor, and achieved thetask scheduling and the design goal. After hardware design,software design, and related hardware and software debugging, theequipment identification,the CAN communication test and the wireless communication wererealized,and met the design requirements.
