According to the field environmental requirements of rotary filling system and various shortages of the data transmission system in current rotary filling system, the project putted forward wireless transmission system based on rotary filling system. This system is an automatic device which integrates short distance high-speed wireless communication technique, field bus technique and computer measuring and controlling technology,etc, which has well application and attractive price performance ratio.The project is a technical development project, which is commissioned by enterprise. According to the requirements of the entrusting party and the research on the status and development of wireless communication and field bus, this paper decided to use high-speed RF chip nRF24L01 and CAN bus finally, and a new kind of wireless communication system was designed in this thesis, which is based on 32-bit embedded microprocessor ARM with data wireless communication, analysis and real-time display.The whole wireless transmission system is divided into master-control module which connects the computer and slave-control module that connects the weighing filling control system. In terms of hardware, this thesis researched and designed the peripheral circuits of LPC2364, RF circuit, control circuit, CAN interface circuit, serial communication circuit and power circuit ,etc; In terms of software, this thesis writed and debuged control procedures for each module, including wireless communication program,CAN communication program, serial program, interrupt procedure, etc, realized software functions, including the connection with weighing filling control system, zeroing, parameters setting, reading the sample data, etc; this thesis completed the programming of the host computer, designed human-computer interaction interface, and analyzed the methods of anti-i nterference and putted forward actions of anti-interference.At the end of this thesis, the wireless communication system and the weighing filling control system have been debugged together to do experiments. Filling time was tested, sampling of filling data and real-time drawing of the filling curve were implemented by filling experiments. At the same time, bit error rate of the system was tested. The result of the measuring shows that the system is stable and reliable, and each expected function of the system is achieved.
