In the modern network, multimedia communication has gradually improve people’severyday life, work and other problems in the application, make it more convenient and fastfor serving. However, in enjoy high technology brought about convenient at the same time,we will be on the service quality of the higher level requirements. Therefore, for the videotransmission in easily because of a hardware device or other unknown factors resulting indata transmission is not stable, which occur as a result of data packet loss caused by thedelay of data picture or plug and so on a series of problems. This thesis studies andattempted to use the stream control technology for transmission of video informationprocessing, the receiving end can obtain good image information, to achieve high qualityinformation interaction requirements.Video image transmission technology contains both a stream control technology theresearch and the need for video codec technology has certain knowledge. For imagetransmission, image coding and decoding technology in addition to, and the related systemoutside of the standard, to complete the transmission also need to consider the error control,transmission network problems. As a result of network video has a greater flow ofinformation, in order to efficient and convenient to realize the function of the system fortransmission, we need to transmit video information coding and decoding technology--using the source model for video compression, the compressed data is able to maintain aconstant content, and allows the compressed content varies in a certain range. The datavolume is reduced, can ensure the observation effect. This view is based on the networkbandwidth adaptive buffer solution. Method: In the receiving area and detection of networkbandwidth, let them back to the sending end network service. According to the networkbandwidth selection encoding different tiered data buffers, the final output transport stream.The network service to adapt to different network bandwidth requirements. Based on RTP/RTCP protocol for data transmission time, we generally require the transmitted data is lessthan the maximum transmission unit in network. But in general we transmitted data is themaximum transmission unit is larger, so it is divided into a RCT packet transmitted. If notfor these RTP package management has to be transmitted, it will cause network congestionand packet loss or delayed delivery caused by jitter. Packet loss rate is one of the mainfactors affecting video transmission, through the scientific experiments only when thenetwork transmission time packet loss rate below1%, not only on the video transmissioneffect. When more than1%, either the video quality and fluency would be greatly affected. In this case we can use this method for processing: since each frame image generatedby the coding time and size are different, can be dynamically adjusted RTP packettransmission time interval as well as the transfer time to avoid the generated data packetloss and jitter. This paper shows that the use of adaptive rate control technology on differentnetwork status to the data transmission time interval, and stream control transmission timeis adjusted, Within the H.264encoder algorithm Lagrangin the rate-distortion optimizationmodel to derive the adaptive control algorithm, and increased further optimization to adjustthe variables of the algorithm, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the packet lossrate. The video image in the network can be clear, without time delay of transmission.First of all to the current state of network analysis, in order to avoid data packet lossand jitter, we apply the dynamic adjustment of RTP packet transmission time interval andthe transmission time. so it can ensure that each RTP packet is in a certain interval randomsent out, thereby avoiding the data and send the unexpected happens. The adaptive streamcontrol technology of packet loss adjustment, In different network conditions,implementation of the above3algorithms of different adjustment, so as to optimize thepacket loss rate of the objective. After the algorithm is analyzed, compared with no flowcontrol and adaptive rate control technology under the two conditions for data packettransmission effect. Experiments show that due to different network status to encode datastream corresponding adjustment, can be seen through the use of adaptive rate controlmethod in the experimental side of the packet loss rate than those without flow limitationexperiment on one side of the packet loss rate decrease. Therefore, adaptive stream controlstrategy can well adapt to the fluctuation of network environment. At the end of the paper isthe introduction of video transmission technology and the application of such monitoringon video image transmission needs higher requirements of the field, in the transmissionprocess can use this method to improve the quality of service.
