With the developing of computer technology, recently, more and more companies are applying IT technology to support their routine works on different kind of fields. The powerful computational logical capabilities of the computer, improve the efficiency of macro operation and highly reproducible work significantly. So they use the computer program language to develop their own automation tool in order to simplify the business processing, at same time, better accuracy. The new project which calls Jupiter is a new testing task to my QA team during the internship. As a QA team, it should test each data in the database and sheets; ensure the accuracy during the transition between different database, as well as the final generated data of the specific format which the clients demand. In order to save the efforts, an automation tool named Juno which is based on the technology of Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Platform) is developed. The function optimizes the test procedure, not mention to simplify the workload. The tool is a testing platform, different testing tasks can be integraded to the Juno using the format of plug-in.All the four plug-ins for Jupiter Project have been developed during the internship. They are, namely, WorkItem Viewer, RAWFile Checker, RAW_WI Compare, and Holding Checker and they are all integrated on the testing tool, Juno. For each plug-in, it has one relative independent function based on the Jupiter working flow, they are used to identify the particular files; compare the correlation data item with different files; compare mass data in data base. The development of automation testing tool, is one exploration for automation tool technology, meanwhile, it brings pratical experiences to popularize the automation testing tool.
