Discussed the features and advantages of content manage system and compared with the traditional site construction. Introduced the technologies such as XML, template technology which related to how to implement a website by using the CMS. Followed analyze the need modules of the website and the function of each module. The users are divided into three roles which have different permission. Installed the SiteFactory content management system and using it to establish a website which includes article and video and so on. Configured the user permissions and based on using load balance to optimize the system functions and improve the access speed and role control to improve the security of the site.
