With the development of mobile telecommunication technology, and the wide spread of cell phone using, cell phone has become the important instrument of people’s daily communication activity. At the mean time, message texts gains more popularity through the advantage of high information communication speed, no restriction of space and time as well as low cost. Message texts inquiry provides a convenient way for the inquiry of the information which contains small data and high timeliness. Group messages platform provides a swift way of information releasing. In the institution, students and professors have to operate the information interacting through the local network, which is a restrict of information interacting, but this situation can be reformed by introducing text massage inquiry and group messages, leading to a good combination of local network and mobile communication network.This essay is based on the research of Short Message Gateway Protocol (SMGP), server and web client technology. Combining with the feature of information flows in the institution, an inquiry system which acquires institution information by short massages is designed. During the implement of this system, it’s been deeply discussed of the server frame and information interacting. Apart from that, the essay is stressed with multi-thread mechanism, providing a real time processing method of multi-threads and multi-queue.This essay implements an institution message inquiry system based on the research, which involves text message inquiry and platform management. In the implement of text massage inquiry, to increase the efficiency of the system’s information processing, multithreads and multi-queue tech is used this system. At the mean time, to enhance the connection speed of the database, the database connecting pool is established. In the implement of the management platform, this system introduces MVC(Model-View-Controller) development mode, model layer is implemented by JavaBean, view layer is implemented by JSP, and the control layer is implemented by Servlet. At the mean time, group message is involved in the implement of management platform, as well as multi-threads and multi-queue in order to process the relevant data.
