Byintroducing SOA design idea, the business function is defined as a service, service directly througha well-defined interface communication. And using Web Service technology to realize the SOAmodel. This paper first on the system demand analysis, from the feasibility analysis, functionalanalysis, performance analysis of three aspects; then from the service oriented idea of the overallframework of the system; and then the data flow diagram, system flow chart, PAD map completeanalysis of the system’s business process. In the design phase, introduce the design idea of thesystem, respectively, to the service object model database, and has made the detailed design; thenintroduced partial implementation interface, and the system made a preliminary test. Finally, thesystem summed up and introduced the next work.
