With the enterprise information processed construction moves forward, more and more companies need to integrate a variety of information management systems together. When integrated the enterprise information management systems time, the main faced problems are such as the heterogeneity of the system, integrity, semantic content, conflict and integration issues limited and so on, the middleware's goal is to achieve the information integrated in the various heterogeneous information systems, for using the corporate resources effectively, enhancing the core of enterprise's competitiveness.This article is based on the copper's implementation of certain high-precision processing project, based on the analysis of complex on-site production environment, from the aspect of improving the MES system infrastructure dynamically configurable, such as heterogeneous support and other aspects. analyzed the existing of middleware's features and shortcomings. proposed a service-based dynamic object model middleware, through the modeling of the various production processes objects. And then among use of services coordinate the entire production process, Finally, To optimize the underlying object model, In order to achieve a middleware infrastructure witch supported a dynamic environment, The model through the establishment of a unified describes object model, Abstract of the production equipment, On the way of equipment providing services to coordination collaboration between production equipment,On the basis of in-depth understanding process with the characteristics of the copper production and processing enterprises, analyzed the existing advantages and disadvantages of object-oriented modeling, process for object-oriented modeling cannot dynamically change the itself describe problem, by using the concept of reflex and service discovery method combination of methods copper establish the production process to dynamic object model. By increasing the object model's service properties make the object model that automatically adapt to the complex production environment, To improve the model's adaptive performance, For the integration of heterogeneous information management system provides the underlying support.In the study of the optimization selection manufacturing services and sorting strategies and realization of algorithms, Making with a combination of Fuzzy AHP and Timing multi-objective making decision, Resolve the services optimization problem, Through Service discovery to enhance the dynamic object model's dynamic configurability, To meet the needs of the actual production.Finally, Evaluated the proposed service-based middleware for the dynamic object model performance, through actual production environment Tested, Test results show that this article proposed middleware model can reduce the production process time, Increase productivity of the Equipment utilization and enterprise-wide information management system's operational efficiency.
