Research of LFB (Logical Functional Block) based on the ForCES architecture is a hot topic in the study of NGN, and research for dynamic LFB implementation is still at its preliminary stage. For this subject, the paper aims to accomplish design and implementation of dynamic LFB, and promote the step of standardization as well.Aiming at the goal above, Firstly, the paper analyses ForCES and dynamic LFB, investigates the main frame of ForCES and FE model, then tells the details of ForCES dynamic LFB mechanism based on FEObject, then introduces the network topology visualization. Secondly, a new kind of algorithm is presented which derived from Sugiyama to solve the display of LFB dynamic topology problem. Thirdly, we design and implement dynamic LFB. Finally, this paper carries out some tests to prove the feasibility of dynamic LFB realized above.The implementation of dynamic LFB is not only convenient for users to look over the resources distribution, but also can meet the requirement of network resource deployment, so it must have some reference meaning.
