With the advent of the Internet age, an increasing number of concepts of interactive design have been applied in developing and designing the websites, The E-learnmg system has already becoming a "golden key" to the development of the corporation human resource. Henan Unicom, as a major subsidiary of China Unicom, large numbers of people, job complexity, rapid business change, while the existing traditional training model has been unable to keep up with the pace of business development. In order to meet the training needs of Henan Unicom and improve the efficiency and quality of training, this model will be interactive and online training system combines online training system in the design of each process, are to introduce the concept of interactive, always adhere to the user-centered design methods, and its availability for analysis. Combined with online training systems, Henan Unicom build instance, discusses in detail the UCD model application online training system, and then achieving the goal of Henan Unicom—people-oriented and focusing on feedback.The main work of this paper is as follows:Software design process by comparing the commonly used method, this paper describes the advantages of interactive design, interactive design and proposed three models. After the target system and to compare, select "user-centric" design model for system design.This paper adopts a "user-centric" design model. By means of analysis, program design, prototyping and usability test has given a specific interactive mode two sections of "analysis-design" and "implementation-test"In the "Analysis and Design" section, firstly this paper strikes an analysis on the interactive system. With a combination of the survey and one-to-one interviews, it has determined four main roles (students, teachers, leaders, administrators) using, a "role modeling six-step" method, then according to the role of task characteristics and requirements, it models, analyzes the corresponding scenarios and cases to determine the main function and process step of the system module. The environment of the hardware and software of this system are described, in order to establish Henan Unicom paper model of online training system, which lays the foundation for the next system. In the other section, by describing the definition of high-level model, this paper determines the basic framework of the system. Adopting ASP.NET3.5 in VS 2008 environment, an E-leaming system based on B/S stucture has been designed. In the database selection, combing the system features, the SQL Server 2005 has been selected. This paper describes basic functions, and introduces the system data table design. In the advanced prototype, using the Membership API it achieves the system registry, and then designs the system themes and master CSS. In order to achieve online training system, it designs an online examination system and back-office management system based on B/S structure, and analyzes each step of the usability after completing the advanced prototype, using the laboratory methods usability testing is performed. According to the feedback of the test results, it introduced the continuous testing of the "hot surveys" module.From the formal feedback of the application of this system, the model-based design of Henan Unicom UCD E-learning system meets the requirements of various user roles. It works fast, and is easy to learn with a complete security protection strategy and a powerful database management strategy. It has been proved that the UCD-model-based E-learning system design possesses good prospect and commercial value in practice.
