北京邮电大学工程硕士论文At the beging of new century, due to re-organization of Chinese telecommunication companies, great progress has been made in telecommunication area. It’s very important for every national level communication companies to induct soft exchange technology aiming to provide more flexible business and multiple access to subscribers. Then, more marketing share can be achieved for them.After re-organization activities in telecommunication areas in China, now China Unicom got the liscence for mobile, fixed line, and broadband communication operation. Nowadays, China Unicom has two separate voice communication network which including mobile network and fixed line voice network. However, these two network are not compatible with other operation companies. Therefore, the integration of fixed line network and mobile network is becoming more and more important. At this specific time, we can induct soft switch technology to establish the integrated soft exchange port to decrease the operating cost, simplize the structure of communication network, and etc.This thesis anylyze the basic principle of soft exchange and author himself conducted site survy of mobile and fixed line network of Jiang Su Unicom Company. According to service requirement and development of the network, integrated soft exchange port proposal was given in this thesis. Subject proposal is based on the target that capacity of communication can meet requirement till year 2012. Moreover, the IGW was established in view of capacity, network structure, and network security, with developing of network fusing and soft exchange technology. Finally, the author determine the setting requirement of soft exchange IGW in Jiang Su Unicom Company. After determining the setting requirement, the author give the soft exchange IGW proposal including network management, bill management, gateway connection, clock signal synchronization, dialing plan, and etc. After operation, it was approved that the suggested proposal fully meet the design requirement.
