The Research And Analysis Of Ngn Construction Plan

Based on the technology of network Soft-switch, the NGN (Next Generation Network) takes soft-switch as its kernel and has the characteristic of QoS(Quality of Service) security system. Owing to its opening, standard architecture, the NGN can provide integration services such as voice, video and data, meet the requirements of integration and characteristics. With the mature of soft-switching technology and NGN being used in backbone network step-by-step, the NGN is consistent with the trends of telecommunication technology and also introduced into the construction of local telecommunications network of Binzhou Unicom.Taking the construction of NGN of Binzhou Unicom as an example, the thesis analyses the actual situation of network in Binzhou Unicom, providing the solutions of NGN construction and further evolution communication of network of Binzhou Unicom.In the thesis, considering the actual situation of network of Binzhou Unicom, we summarize the related background of NGN project as well as its availability and necessity, describing the Binzhou's Unicom network evolution planning in detail. Based on the current acknowledge, we then come up with the detailed plan for the NGN commercial network of Binzhou Unicom, discuss in detail the Soft-switch system architecture, network management model, network communication method, network equipment, IP network design. Finally, we sum up the Binzhou Unicom NGN network results since the implementation of the project. Also, the next step network construction and business development ideas are proposed. In this paper, we analyze the local telecommunications network of Binzhou Unicom in detail. We also propose a planning for the evolution of the NGN, a new technology which has begun to gradually come into effect in Binzhou Unicom.
