This thesis presents the total solution of the CRM system for pension.First, for better understanding my job, the definition of the CRM system for pension and building background are explained, it also introduces the relative technology, in addition it demonstrates the reason of choosing the technologies in the CRM system for pension. Second, it introduces the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system, mainly data flow, and the interface with other systems. Thirdly, it introduces the important function modules, the system design and the database design of the CRM system for pension. Finally, the kernel technologies of construction on several levels and partly implementation of the system are discussed.The content of this thesis can be used as a guide for the actual design and implement of the CRM system for pension, and a reference for the future research.
