The continuous development of the economy led to the development of networks, but also promoted the rapid development of network services. Emerging network services billing system needs help. For network operators and network service vendors, billing is that they can ensure sustainable development, plays an important role. However, in the current billing methods, simple billing is still our main billing, content-based billing is a large-scale application, but there are many shortcomings. Network, the original use of information generated after processing records showing use of the privatization of the network, different network devices use different recording formats, to different billing systems and the interaction between the business support system had a huge problem, and we can see the intermediate system of data collection techniques used with large or small defects. IPDR standards have to solve the above problems. For a variety of intermediary systems, business support systems, and various network elements, it provides a standard data exchange format. Using this standard format, different systems can facilitate the exchange of data. IPDR based intermediary system spun off from the billing system, so that billing data acquisition and data processing to separate billing, reducing the complexity of billing systems, making the intermediary system billing system capable of independent development open. IPDR standard helps different support systems to more easily exchange data and communications. This article describes the IPDR and related technologies, discuss the role of intermediary system billing, design and implementation of data acquisition, using a variety of techniques to provide support for real-time billing Hope IPDR based billing systern on the construction of help.
